Troubleshooting & FAQs
Code Rejected / "Invalid 2FA Code" Error?
TOTP codes depend on precise device clock synchronization:
- Time Drift: Ensure your phone or computer has "Set time automatically" enabled in system settings. Even a 30-second clock discrepancy can cause codes to fail.
- Fresh Code: Wait until the progress wheel in your authenticator app refreshes to a fresh 6-digit code before clicking submit.
Lost Your Authenticator Device?
Use one of your 10 saved emergency backup codes at login. Once logged in, go to Settings to reset your 2FA key and pair your new device.
