Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on AdMyChat or installing our extension tools, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern both developers earning revenue and advertisers launching campaigns.

2. Developer Earnings & Payout Rules

• Revenue Share: Developers earn 75% of net campaign ad spend generated through active session timing heartbeats.
• Payout Threshold: Minimum cash-out threshold is $15.00 USD.
• Disbursement Methods: Payouts are executed via Tremendous, PayPal, or Wise to the user's designated payout email.
• Anti-Fraud Policy: Artificial heartbeat generation, botnet automation, headless browser spoofing, or datacenter IP usage is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account forfeiture.

3. Advertiser Guidelines

• Campaign Content: All ads must be developer-relevant, legal, non-intrusive, and free of malware or misleading claims.
• Budgeting & CPM Rates: Minimum campaign budget is $20.00 USD. Campaigns run on a Cost-Per-Mille (CPM) impression basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

AdMyChat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AdMyChat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or third-party payment provider delays.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate anti-cheat rules, attempt Sybil attacks, or breach these terms.
